TRAINEE PROGRAM IN AUSTRALIA

The trainee program in Australia is a 12 to 15-month program for fresh graduates of Hospitality or Culinary Management course. This program is designed to allow young professionals to complete workplace-based training and help them improve their skills within their chosen occupational field.

QUALIFICATIONS

18 to 28 years old
Must be a graduate of hospitality or culinary course for not more than 18 months
Must have a minimum of 12 months work experience
Must be able to speak in an English speaking environment

This program helps the participants get a chance to discover more about the Australian history, culture, and workplace through immersion. Not only will they gain cultural and career knowledge, but they will also have the opportunity to share the Filipino culture with other nationalities.
